JOB DESCRIPTION
Proven experience as an ERP Administrator or in a similar role.Hands-on experience with ERPNext, Stride, or other ERP systems is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of ERP troubleshooting, configuration, and user management.
Experience in coordinating with external ERP support teams for issue resolution and system improvements.
Familiarity with business processes such as finance, HR, and project management.
Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze system performance and recommend improvements.
Strong training and communication skills to support end users.
Knowledge of database management and system customization (preferred).
Ability to work collaboratively with teams across the organization.
